I don't remember them ever posting on here komakino. Have you emailed your IP directly rather than dealing with the office staff?

If these are regarded as Payment Breaks and you have informed your IP then i think that you will be OK.
If they were missed payments without contacting or notifying your IP then you could be in Trouble.
It seems to me that your situation is Totally Genuine and that you are Contributing to your IVA but sometimes throughout the duration these kind of change of Circumstances do arise.
Don't forget your IP is the SUPERVISOR of your case and as long as you are complying and keeping them informed it will work in your Favor.

As these payment breaks have been authorised by your IP, I really don't think that you'll have any problems.

Good luck with the rest of your IVA x

Don't suppose anyone knows whether or not GT have been known to look in on this forum do they?
I asked the same thing a while back. Would be good right now if they did have somebody on here!

I've usually found no news is good news! I'm sure everything is fine.

GT have just taken over all of Blair Endersby clients, so I imagine they are extremely busy at the moment.

Just a thought komakino, have you given them a bell just to ask if everything is ok? Just thought it might put your mind at rest, instead of waiting for a reply via email.

As I explained above, I simply cannot get through to them by phone at the moment. I'm at work so I have to nip off and use my mobile...however, I'm on hold that long that I can't afford the required credit. I've gotten through after 5pm but there's only 'support' staff around at that time of day and they can't help with my case?? I've left my contact details but no joy.

I've just tried again this minute and spent £3.40 phone credit whilst being kept on on hold. I can't do that any more...

Send them a letter via recorded delivery snail mail - at least that way you have a paper trail and you'll know that they've received it.

It took them nearly 2 weeks to reply to the last email I sent!

Do the recorded delivery snail mail and track it - at least that way you know they will have received it. Tell them you want a reply immediately.
