I have been out of the IVA Since 19th Feb 2015 and whilst in the IVA they claimed back PPI from Companies i was with and i received my notice of completion of the IVA.

Now i'm getting phone call saying i can claim back further PPI and i have until; August 2019 deadline.

I am wondering will this still goes towards my IVA like before? or will it go to me now that i'm out of the IVA for 4 years now.

Thanks

It still belongs to your IVA as recently confirmed in the courts. Be careful of using a claims company --- some refunders will pay direct to your former IP and YOU will be left to pay their fees !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
