IVA finished, can they take my pension?

hello hope you can help me I have just found out I got a pension that I have got since 1991 and forgot that I had it. I had a iva. I finish it 2 years ago. I have my completion certificate. I phone my pension company they say that they have to check to see if the iva would take some of my pension now. I have finish my iva can they take my pension is what I would like to no thank you.

I have not come cross this before. Very often pensions and proceeds are excluded and if it wasn't actually payable during the IVA I see no reason it should be captured by the IVA now. Is the pension company mixing up IVAs with Bankruptcy ??

I was able to keep my pension and it was a substantial lump sum. I used some of my redundancy pay for a full and final.
