Does anyone know if IVA's in NI are completed the same way they are in England and Wales? I know we have our own register here and our details have been there OK during out IVA. We have now completed everything (last payment was in Dec 2017, completion certificate received Nov 2018, and our 6 years passed in Dec 2018). However we are still on the official register. I know the details now stay on 3 months after you receive your CC (which has passed) but is this the same in Northern Ireland? Do I need to contact them or just wait for a while longer? Thanks in advance. :D

If you are able to click on your details on the register it should say when they received the completion certificate and it will be removed 3 months after that date.

Unfortunately the register in NI is different and you cannot check those details.

You can do no harm by dropping them a quick line.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
