If you take out an IVA in scotland, are you still able to apply for student funding for university for an NHS course and through Student Loans Comapny?

Hi there and welcome to the forum, is it a trust deed in Scotland? I'm not sure so bear with me on this and someone who does know will be along very soon to confirm the answer to your post. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It is a trust deed in Scotland.

Not sure what happens with applying for student loans.

Yes - no problem in applying for state funding if you are going to look at entering into a Protected Trust Deed.
