Hi,

Unlikely I'm afraid.

I would suggest a chat with Ryan and / or Shaun, who are both whole of market brokers with experience of adverse credit.

Their contact details can be found here: memberlist.php?mode=team Both are in yellow towards the bottom of the listing. Click on their names to bring up a profile with contact details in.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

No, you will probably have to wait until:

a) your IVA is finished and you have your completion certificate
b) within 3 months of a) you have been taken off the register

and

c) 6 years has passed since the start of your IVA

As has been said you may well have to repay the IVA to be able to obtain a Mortgage. If you then had access to a large deposit there may be Lenders willing to lend before the 6 year anniversary of the start of the IVA.

Sorry to jump in on this post. Is it completely impossible to get a mortgage before the 6 year anniversary without the rates etc being sky high?
