This might be a long one! sorry

My partner and i found ourselves in financial difficulty due to a drop in hours at his employment. The only option at the time was to go for a DMP. Since then I have had my ft hours back in work and my partners hours have picked up again.
We have a £17,186.00 debt to 12 different creditors not including our mortgage. Our dispoable income is around £170 a month and have no assets or equity that can be used to pay anything back.
Does anyone know wether it's likely we'll be accepted for and IVA?? (We are signing the initial application as we speak)

Hi Catherine and welcome to the Forum.
An IVA certainly sounds like a reasonable option and your IP would not advise one unless they were confident of acceptance. Good luck with your proposal.
