With answer to why Iam not showing on the register and I have had IVA from May 16 and they keep telling me that Iam which is not true as my company do checks every 3 years and I declared my IVA on my paperwork and they came back and told me there is no information on my IVA on the register

Edit --- by "May 16" do you mean 16th May this year or May 2016 ?
