Iva passed to another company

we are already with an iva company for two years, without any notice etc I was sent a letter stating " we are no longer looking after personal iva" we have passed you over to a n other?
i am not happy to say the least, it took me weeks to chose the company i signed up to originally

I can understand your concern, but sadly this has happened to many before.

The terms of your iva should remain the same and you should see no different in the service you receive.

Out of interest who are the companies involved ?

As Luluj says, this happens to many these days and we have no say in the matter. I was shunted from my firm of choice to one I actually rejected at the outset, but it all worked out in the end.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

This does happen a lot nowadays but there is nothing you can do about it.
