IVA payments have been increased to a level I can't afford

Hi I sent my documents in because I was told my payment was going up to £55 .38 a week could you please help me there is no way I can afford that I will be on bread and water

I assume that this is a review of your IVA payments. Ask them to explain where they get the increase from ( I am, again, assuming that you have not had an increase in income since the last review, or any significant decrease in expenditure.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

The level of contribution you make is normally based on an assessment of your income and expenditure in order to ensure that you pay what you can afford. Was this carried out?

Do you mean it is going up by that amount or what you will be paying in total.
