me again, just phoned aperture about my full and final documents submitted six months ago and now they are stating that all of my details have gone missing and been wiped? seriously what can I do about this? I'm so stressed :( this company are disgusting.

Hi Kallis, yes ive got copies of all emails, and phone call records also.

You could drop concerns over their ability to handle personal data securely and safely into a conversation !

Article 5 GDPR and incorporated into UK law shortly:

- "processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or..."
