I completed my IVA at the end of January and gratefully received my completion certificate near the end of March. Unfortunately my name is still on the register. Has anyone else from Northern Ireland experienced this and if so how did they go about removing it?I’ve emailed them but supposedly they don’t reply to emails. My IP sent them a 2nd copy but with no success. I understand they may be working from home due to the current situation however this is very frustrating.

It is frustrating but all you can do is keep checking and also get your IP to speak to them.

Unfortunately Covid has hamstrung many government departments as post goes into the main office, but no-one is there opening it and scanning it into the system! Home workers, therefore, do not get to see it to act upon it !

Many thanks for your replies, as a civil servant who with many colleagues worked throughout lockdown this is frustrating to say the least but hopefully it won’t take much longer.

Have you checked your credit record as well to make sure it has been updated on there?

Thank you so much Kallis3, I checked my credit record and there is no sign of the IVA! I’m delighted, this will stop me checking the register daily!!
My family and I would like to move house - at least now I feel in a better position to do so. Thanks again for your help and foggy’s too, not just for this query but for the past 6+ years, this forum is invaluable to so many.
