If you are still in an IVA then it will continue - your ex will be liable for their debts.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.
It depends on what you mean by "rescinded": If it has been terminated or failed then you will come off the Insolvency Register around three months after the termination certificate is issued and the IVA will remain on your credit files for 6 years from the start of the arrangement. If it has been annulled (as though it never existed) by the courts, it should be removed from everywhere right away under direction from the court.
Debts will now revert back to their original status and it will be up to each creditor as to how they wish to proceed, acording to the circumstances of the situation and their owm moral compass.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
