I ended my Iva in January with a full and final offer in my 5 year. Iv got my completion certificate in April.
But still showing Active on credit file
Is this right ?
It will remain in the Insolvency register for up to three months from the issue of the completion paperwork. Once it is removed from there the Credit Reference Agencies will pick it up and alter the status.
These things do take a painfully drawn out time to filter through the various systems. Also be aware that, if you are viewing your credit reports through the various portals like Clearscore and Noddle (Credit Karma), these are up to 56 days in arrears. To see the 'real time' reports, as lenders see them, visit each agencies website and request a statutory report.
