Yes my IVA was with Aperture, who have since gone bust,so no one can get in touch with them as former staff from Aperture are working for Jarvis and Jarvis, Belfast now,but keep trying to claim on companies that were in my IVA! for PPI,claiming to still giving it to my creditors!!
My IVA was completed in 2011!!
This seems to be an ongoing nightmare!!
Just tearing my hair out trying to find out when this is going to stop!!!!!

It is still due to your creditors unless you have managed to clear your full debts plus fees. Let them get on with it and you may find you get some money back!

IVA's that were with Aperture and not transferred to Jarvis are still being dealt with by Apertures Trust Department, who are dealing with legacy PPI claims. https://apertureiva.com/debt-solutions/ ... trust-faqs

Their email is IVATrusts@aperture.uk.com
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
