I've moved back to my original country of residence but acquired debts when living at my UK address..my debt agency have only asked for the UK address and is this the correct address to have on the IVA agreement? I was not a home owner in the UK and did not pay council tax.

If you are setting up an iva or are already in an iva you should provide all addresses of late including those abroad where the debt you are including (which should be all of it) has been accrued.

An IVA company will need a current address wherever you are in the world so they can contact you if needs be.

Whether they have asked or not it is one of the terms of the IVA that you keep your IP informed of your current address, so he / she should be kept up to date.
