Had an email today saying my ivas taken over by them, any ideas what these guys are like?

Not had much about them. I can only recall one post in the last few years, which was dealt with by Jarvis, as far as we are aware.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Jarvis were born out of the nominee arm of Aperture when they stopped approving new cases in July 2019, it was essentially a management buyout. So they haven't been around all that long.

Laura Prescott (Jarvis IP) has been around a long time though, so fingers crossed.
