Good morning,
Just wanted a little bit of info if anyone can help.
I'm with Aperture for my iva, I had put in a f&f offer due to being severely affected by coronavirus, have been waiting for the variation team to contact me for the last few weeks now. However, had an email over the weekend telling me I'm being moved to Jarvis.
So...my question is, will they be taking over the f&f or is it likely I'll have to start again with the process?
Any info or advice would be appreciated.

I imagine they will take it over but give them a call to clarify.

Kallis3 thank you for your reply, I am attempting to contact them now, I get put on hold and then after a while it disconnects. I'll keep trying though. Probably just a glitch.

I gather that some Aperture Staff are crossing over, but this is just heresay. But, hopefully, if true, this will provide a degree of continuity. Jarvis and Aperture have worked together for a while and, hopefully, will have compatible systems.

I'm exactly in the same position - made a f&f offer, sent off my I&E and wage slips along with proof of where the settlement money was coming from and was told it now was with the variation team who would advise me of a creditor meeting date. Then poof - I'm suddenly with Jarvis.

I've just got off the phone to Jarvis, but they're understandably swamped right now with calls from people like us and their systems have crashed.
The guy I spoke to said he'd call me back when they're up and running again, so I'll update here when I get an answer.

Crashed systems ? No surprise there then !

Hopefully so, looks like the boss used to be md of Aperture.

Spoke to one of the operatives at Jarvis. She said, the variation for f&f will be carried on from where aperture left off. All submitted information to aperture is being forwarded on today and they should have complete case files tomorrow. I'm going to phone tomorrow like the lady said to do. I will update then. Fingers crossed.

Thanks gaz44, good luck, I'm sure all will be fine, like me, I'm sure you just want to make sure the ball is still rolling and any extra info they need I'd prefer to know sooner rather than a month down the line. I'll keep everyone posted on my progress.
