Hi I had a joint bank account with my wife. I entered into an IVA and incorporated the debt from the joint bank account into the IVA. The IVA was completed on 21 June 2019.

My wife is still receiving a letter from Max recovery in regards to the above debt. On the letter it states that this is a requirement in spite of your position in an insolvency agency.

I am not sure what I should do as I am concerned that if I contact Max recovery they will pursue my wife for the debt that was included in my IVA

Any advise would be appreciated

As it was a joint debt your wife was and is legally responsible for the whole debt once you became insolvent -- only you are absolved due to the IVA. They are within their rights and are likely to request that she settles the debt.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
