Joint PPI claims while in IVA

hello, im claiming ppi, im also in an iva,i have a joint account holder too, i got a letter from ppi saying they were sending a letter to my practioner as ive won my claim, can iva take the lot? or can the joint account holder still claim there share?

If your partner is not in an IVA and you can prove their initial financial link to the PPI then they should get their share.

If the money is joint then you will need to demonstrate your partner's share so only your share is taken.

Joint loan means a joint refund and only your share should go to your IVA.
