Just received:

Your IVA with Aperture Debt Solutions LLP ("Aperture")

I am writing to inform you that Jarvis Insolvency have recently taken over your IVA from Aperture and will now be managing and supervising your IVA moving forwards. This follows an agreement between Aperture and Jarvis Insolvency and an Order made in the Leeds County Court.

I have asked them about how they will be treating equity release, as this was a big issue with Aperture, regarding the actual calculations.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Pretty poor from Jarvis. This is when I feel for people who take time to choose the RIGHT company for them and then get thrown to another firm they know nothing about!!
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

It's worth remembering though that they can't change the terms and conditions that you signed up for.
