I am coming the end of my second iva year, just want some re-assurnace that at then end of all this the creditors are not going to start coming back and saying that they know nothing about the iva, i am with debt free helpline. Also, i am paying the same amount that was accepted at the meeting, there is no way that they can say i havent paid enough at the end is there?

Hi Joanne,

Once your IVA is finished then your creditors cannot come after you again.

As long as you maintain those payments then you should be ok - mine have not altered either.

Your IVA is a legally binding doccument. Providing you see it through and stick to the terms you agreed then it will conclude successfully and creditors can NOT come after you for anything.

As others have said stick to the terms of your IVA and it will conclude in due course and you will be debt free. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
