Melanie is always contactable I can confirm that and love the customer care she provides within her practice. However, you read the frustration of some other posters and I know for a fact my IVA would have failed without such a caring IP as the frustration I would have experienced would have far outweighed my problems and I'd have given up long ago.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
a little update as promised! Thankfully DFD have agreed to allow the car payments meaning the hike of £200 hasnt happened (Phew!!!) just a small increase instead as in line with my slight increase in income!
As you can imagine a HUGE relief, i might even get some sleep tonight! The lady i was dealing with has always been really polite and helpful, its just a shame the experiance is marked with having to wait for so long for everything, i understand DFD have a large client base, however personally this means jack to me when its squeky bum time lol!
