I don't believe this - as I said in another post I received a letter from Moon Beever confirming that I only had one payment left. I had emailed the bank statement to the RTLU and I've had a reply:

'Thank you for your bank statement, I shall email Clarke Willmott today, and be sure that your payment made to them at the end of August, is not the one that they have listed as having been made in October, before asking that they investigate this matter further.'

It seems to me that they are determined to get another payment out of me, and I really don't know what to do. I've scanned the letter from MB and sent it to my case worker, but this has really upset me.

All I want to do is make the last payment and put this behind me.

I've had a reply - I'm to make my last payment as planned and cancel the SO and the my case officer will deal with Clarke Willmott.

I still feel a bit worried I might get a letter in a few months time, but I'll be keeping all the emails and letters!

Hopefully this will be the end of it. Make sure and fight your corner and pay nothing until it is proven that the payment is owed.

The costs of this must easily outweigh the final payment to the IPA.

Right hand and left hand spring to mind!

What a nightmare.

Keep the emails and all correspondence like you say Skippy and hopefully it will be the last you hear. You're almost there xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
