I am a driver and in first year of an Iva,I have a long case of holiday pay which now resolve and I am due to get the payment,But I am a company director and an employee and normally withdrawn my salary as an employer from my company,My Iva payments are based on my payslip/payment I get from my company,Holiday payment I will get in my business account and then it will b withdrawn,My question is do I have to tell this to my IP and have to pay this amount towards my IVA.as a key worker due to covid I heard that I can keep the extra payment

The covid amendments, currently in force in relation to Protocol arrangements are here : https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... a-protocol

Due to your unusual employment / salary arrangements your IP would need to be consulted.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Was the holiday pay from a previous employer?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
