How long should it take for a annual review be done? Sent documents to Knightsbridge begining of Nov informed Dec transferred to creditfix now approaching middle of Jan seems a long time who is responsible to do it year 4 review also as usual sent by recorded delivery. Only got a document saying wanted to change fees and take 300 pounds from the pot

A review should be conducted and reported to creditors within two months of the anniversary date.

Perhaps it has got lost in the transfer? Keep pestering them on your review either email, snail mail or phone.

The first review after I was transferred was very late, in fact I had my annual report before it was completed... since then they have been on time and painless
