I have now had super help from Michael Peoples. Thank you all for the interest in my plight. I may not yet be any better off but at least I have someone looking at it for me.

IVA approved Aug 2008 - 6 year term - last payment made 6 Oct 2014. CC received 14 Nov 2014.

Must admit that I hadn't read the thread fully, but now I have I'm confused as well.

Is John with DFD or McCambridge Duffy?

I thought I would just clear up the confusion surrounding John's case.
John was referred to us from DFD three years ago and we drafted the IVA. We are the supervisors and not DFD although John's initial call was to DFD. While we do have a very good relationship with DFD we have not reached the Cameron/Clegg scenario and there will be no hugs and kisses in the back garden.

Hiya everyone. I know you will all be pleased to hear that with the help of Michael Peoples and mcCambridge Duffy I am now Debt free. The meeting held today decided that I had done enough and ended my IVA. I am still reeling and elated and can hardly think properly.I have just looked in my purse and seen £1 - 59p and for the first time for about 15 years I can say that it belongs to me. yiopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and many many thanks to Michael and all at McCambridge Duffy. Also thank you to DFD for putting me in touch with them.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Thank you for all your good wishes. One thing I will do for my future is make absolutly sure that I live within my means. NO MORE RISKS. AND NO MORE CREDIT.
