I paid my iva off early , 2nd April this year, it now been 3 months and still no letter of completion , I have contacted vanguard and have asked what is going on and when can I expect it , they have all the requested information they wanted , how long does it normally take for a letter of completion ?

It can take up to 6 months to come through.

Some firms take a few weeks, most a few months and some up to ( and beyond) six months. Bearing in mind the recent troubles it might take a little longer than usual.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
