I finished my IVA 2019 and has been off the Insolvency Register, The Letting agent Reference agency is asking if I have been in IVA in the last 6 years, what should I answer?
The honest answer is 'yes'. You have been in an IVA during the last 6 years. Think carefully how that actually worded the question. Sometimes they will ask if you have entered an IVA in the last 6 years --- which might be a 'no'.
When did the IVA start ? It will show on a credit search for at least 6 years from then.
