Well, the meeting is 30 minutes in as far as I know.

So nervous!! How long does it normally take? Anyone know?

It's usually voted for by proxy, which is a fancy way of saying that your creditors just need to fax their votes to your IP before a certain time in order to be counted.

Some creditors leave it to the last minute, or even a bit later. Your IP will be chasing them, so you should hear soon!
Take care,

I am suprised that you have not heard anything. That sort of meeting is usually over in five minutes flat!

I've given them a call and the stalling block seems to be that one of the creditors wants the IVA to fail if this money is not paid within 'x' days of them agreeing. So the IP are currrently getting this taken out as they don't believe it to be reasonable as it could be out of our control why they are not paid ie one of the creditor does not supply information. Other than that it looks like were going to be free. Not going to get my hopes up just yet as they could still argue it I suppose but I just hope it gets sorted now!!!

Just called my IP again who have told me that the company in question have still not come back to them so they have gone ahead without them and it is approved!!!

We should get something out in the post soon!!

Feels strange that it can finally be over :-)
