I have made my third payment today for my IVA, but in the post this morning I have received a letter telling me that one of my creditors is looking to take me to court to recover this debt. I have phoned them on three previous occasions, post acceptance to inform that of my IVA approval but this company is still sending correspondence. Any thoughts please
Just send the letter to your IP company and forget about it. It is not unusual for some companies to take a while to update their systems but at the end of the day they are only wasting their own time and money sending you letters.
