Lloyds have frozen my funds before the date of my IVA approval. What can i do? I had put money away in my ISA to pay a Council Tax debt during the process of opening a bank account to transfer all my DDs. Lloyds is one of my listed creditors.

Have you opened a new bank account yet?

You can speak to Lloyds and ask them to release your money as you need it to pay bills.

They have a habit of doing this, whether a creditor or not. They mistakenly treat it as impending BR, where accounts are frozen to the order of the OR. This should not happen with an IVA !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
