Hi, I successfully completed my IVA 4 years ago. The IVA was with Aperture. I have recently complained to the Financial Ombudsman Service about a logbook loan (secured loan against car) that was running during my IVA but was not part of the IVA. As part of my complaint I may be entitled to a redress amount for interest and charges.

Does anyone know if this would have to go into my IVA which was completed 4 years ago? I have tried to contact Aperture but due to COVID-19 they are not taking calls and neither are they responding to my emails. The Financial Ombudsman Service would require written confirmation.

Aperture's phone lines are currently open Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9-5.
