I believe letting agents and landlords might look favourably on a letter signed by your Supervisor (IP) indicating that you have been in your IVA for "x" months and that all your payments are uptodate- my firm has done this many times and our debtors have either been lucky or the agents/landlords have accepted the reference without asking for upfront deposits or fees.
