Hi, is there a maximum age to enter into an IVA?

No as long as you can afford payments.

Welcome ... am ova is based on affordability as Kallis has said. Presuming you have an income coming in and your outgoings are less than your income ignoring your creditors payments an iva maybe the right option for you - taking professional advice now will help in the long run.

Some clauses might need to be altered depending on circumstances --- for instance if age precludes equity release the creditors might deal with it "up front" by means of extending the IVA, rather than wait until the end as usual. Reducing income due to becoming dependant on a pension should also be factored in too.
