Hi, my friend is having her creditors meeting tomorrow. MBNA are one of her creditors and she owes majority to them. Does nayone know how they tend to vote please?

Hi, hope all goes well for your friend, MBNA were one of my
creditors as well (quite a sizable one at that)
and they did not even vote. My IVA was accepted and
I am sure that your friend will will be fine.

They are generally a very supportive creditor, so long as their specific criteria is met - and will only support an IVA if the alternative DMP would take more than 10 years to repay.

Good luck to your friend for her IVA x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

My friends IVA was accepted. She is so relieved. She had been toldd that MBNA would not accept by another company, just goes to show that it is always worth a try. Thanks for your replies.

Get them signed up to the forum, because they will no doubt have many questions going forward.
