I signed up for help through credit fix and my meeting was adjourned. I got a text midnight two days after the date of the first meeting to tell me this so I've been a mess since. Does this mean it won't go through. I then got an email to say I would get info in the post that was days ago, I've had nothing. Also the bailiffs have started knocking what should I do.

No, it doesn't mean the IVA has not been accepted. Just that CF are chasing votes, probably. They have done this before and managed to get the arrangement through. Oddly they are the only firm that do this and, I suspect, it has something to do with their need to do things differently to the way they have been previously agreed by all firms over the last decade.

As for the bailiffs, give them CF's details and ask them to contact the IP direct for information. Most are reasonable people and should hold off action until the matter is decided. Advise CF of the situation re. bailiffs calling.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Whatever you do, don't let the bailiffs in - keep windows and doors closed.
