missold ppi

I have an iva agreement which is in force. Consideringh this can I claim for missold ppi etc, I had several debts with my creditors and any refunds would be a bonus.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

You can try and claim this, all it will mean though is either the money successfully claimed back will just go against that particular debt, or will be paid across to your IVA.

Either way it will mean that your creditors will get a better dividend.

In my opinion its really not worth doing,but if you really want to go through all that effort to gain nothing then its up to you but anyone you claim missold ppi from that you owe money to will offset the claim against what is owed.Also if you claim off someone you dont owe money to it will count as a windfall and have to go into the IVA.

I agree, I dont think you can expect to benefit from this, they owe you money, but you owe it them back, so not really any benefit in my mind.
