I am sure that Antoinette would have contacted both of you if she had personally known that you had been trying to get hold of her. Hopefully the BE IP who monitors the forum will be able to pass a message on to her for you.

Hi Melanie, thank you for looking in. I have every faith in everything you have said about our IP, I have been putting it down to them being really busy.
I have had silent phone calls on the house phone answer machine, where you can hear a call center n then the phone goes dead, but Ive been putting them down to BT! as I dont believe BE would leave silent phone calls. No emails or missed mobile calls barring one from a number I did not know.
Im sure it will get sorted tomorrow when I phone them. [:)]

Hi all, Im very relieved to say its all sorted & the gentleman I spoke too at BE on his direct line was really helpful.
The modification is more for the supervisors at their discretion to extend the arrangement a further 3 months to complete any final administration & creditors must receive final dividend payments within those 3 months. It does not mean that my IVA will be extended a further 3 months, unless there are payments in lieu of equity to be introduced. As I do not have any assets or equity there wont be any to bring in.
The gentlemen at BE did say it was difficulty worded, making it hard to understand. I thought I was being thick, but once he explained it, it made sense.
I did a revised I&E due to a small increase in Income and sent it in September, he confirmed they had received it & is going to get someone to review it n update my file.
This gentlemen was brilliant & I can contact him anytime on his direct line if I have any further questions in the future.
To all those with BE, they really are getting better try not to worry they are very understanding.
Yippee! I can now safely say I only have 30 months to go, fingers crossed!

Excellent news Lyns - glad it's been sorted and you can concentrate on your dad and his health now.
