Hi,

What information would you like to know?

Your supervisor will be paid a fee for arranging, and then maintaining your IVA. This will have been agreed with the creditors.

And more importantly agreed by you both under the terms of the proposal and by accepting any modifications at the creditors meeting.

i believe the supervisor fees are a lot less these days, than when i started my iva a few years ago, because the banks have squeezed them, which gives the banks a higher divi, and makes it harder for the practitioners to maintain a high standard of service like i got.

Things have changed recently.

Any IP worth their salt will argue with you there, and I would agree with them!

Just because the banks have sought reductions in our fees, this does not mean that we have relaxed our standards of service.

All the information will be found on your paperwork received prior to meeting date in respect of any fees. Modifications may have been made on the day of the creditors meeting too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You do need to check all of your paperwork.
