Hi

Just a question on getting back on the property ladder.

I did have a property but lost it 4 years ago due to a secured loan. The secured loan then became part of my iva, do best move in my opinion.. Iva completed in January. My secured loan is due to drop off my credit report later this year which will be 6 years. Which should put my credit rating in a good place.. How successful would I be in getting another mortgage.

Thanks

Have a word with either Ryan or Shaun the mortgage experts on here for some advice.

I recently remortgaged with Zebra money just over a year after completing my IVA. Mile found me a deal with a hight street lender super fast. I would recommend speaking to them.
