Mortgage deposits with satisfied IVA

Can anyone please tell me the percentage of deposit required for a mortgage with a satified IVA? Are mortgages avaialble with a really good deposit at present?

I'm not sure about the deposit, but I've just talked to our broker and he informs me that in the present climate most lenders will wait 3-6 years after the completion of the IVA before offering a mortgage.

If I can get any more details for you I'll let you know.

I think you'll need a pretty hefty deposit. I'm sure I've seen posts where 25% is mentioned.

Hello,

The High Street product we've seen post-IVA clients being able to obtain does not have a hard and fast rule on deposit size.

There are other factors that are weighed into the decision.
