Yes we had a letter recently about ongoing review which i think they said around October.
Had very good service last year to arrange our equity release loan so fingers crossed you can help us with a mortgage to move house.

Becky, Select Partnership were brilliant helping us last year.
Definitely worth speaking to them. Bery good communication and professional help. Never made to feel rubbish for having debt problems.
