Do you know of any lenders willing to give a mortgage on a buy to let basis (or other) to someone under an IVA (I still have 15 months left). I have 30% deposit waiting.

Hi alan and welcome to the forum, I personally don't know the answer to your question and wonder if to make a f&f offer in respect of your IVA to conclude your IVA early may be a better option with the deposit money. Is this being funded from a 3rd party?

You would then not be in an IVA and therefore be in a more favourable position to gain a mortgage and have time to save a deposit as the IVA drops off your credit file 6 years after acceptance.

Even if there were a lender out there willing to lend, how will you fund the ongoing payments on this property, and is the deposit coming from a third party?
