I’m currently one year into an IVA. My partner, who has a perfect credit score and I want to purchase the house we are currently renting. However on her application alone, we fall short of the mortgage amount we need. Are there any mortgage companies out there that will take my salary into consideration to increase the mortgage amount, or are there any companies that will accept me onto a joint mortgage?

No, I am afraid that you will not be likely find a lender willing to entertain you in an IVA. Added to this the complication of becoming a homeowner, if it were possible, would have ramifications for the IVA... as you would have to attempt to release any equity into the arrangement towards the end, or extend the IVA by 12 months.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
