Hi,

My Company will be moving their operation out of the UK next year, and the have offered to take the emloyees with them,
How will this effect my IVA , (like calculating expenditures and income , annual reviews..etc) also they will be offering a rellocation allowance, will it be required to pay into the IVA or will I be able to keep it.

Thank you

Paying the IVA from abroad is often done --- just keep an eye on conversion rates for your payments !

With regards to the relocation allowance, you would need to discuss this in advance with your IP. I would hope that it can be kept and used for it's intended purpose.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
