Hi. I have been in an IVA with Freeman Jones for 6 months and my boyfriend has asked me to move in with him. He said I can pay him the same amount I pay whilst I'm living with parents as I said I can't afford any more than that so payments won't change. Will this be allowed in an IVA or do I need to stay at parents until this is over? Very cramped with a little baby and sisters boyfriend living there now! :/

It will be allowed - you can always say that you are a lodger and paying rent to him. You will have to let them know though.

As Kallis says, you will have to inform the IP of the change of address, but, in effect, where you were "sharing" with parents, you are now "sharing" with your boyfriend with the finances very much on the same basis.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
