Hi,

How much debt do have? You might find other solutions could be better.

As already mentioned, have a chat with a couple of providers. They will need to see the full picture before a suitable way forward can be decided
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Whether an IVA is suitable for you will depend on your overall circumstances do we would need to know a lot more information to be able to advise.

There may be other more suitable options for you than an IVA.

I’m having technical difficulties at the moment so cannot attach the link but if you look at my Neville & Co YouTube channel there is a video about the different personal insolvency options which might be a useful starting point for you.
I'm a licensed IP with 16+ yrs at Neville & Co covering the South West area. I have a YouTube channel with advisory videos on here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMPTTu ... Z5k9ZcC2MA http://www.nevilleco.co.uk 01752 786800 Lisa@nevilleco.co.uk
