Hi. My husband has IVA program. Now it is time to do an annual review. Me, his wife not working, I am a full-time student and also get a maintenance loan. I started last year but we did not let know to IVA that I get this money because it was after an annual review. What about this year? Do we need to include my maintenance loan in our budget even though it is for my name not for a husband? So far we only included the husband's salary and joint benefits. Thank you for help, regards Kamila.

You should declare all income and expenditure for both of you so it can be considered in the annual review calculation
