I have a iva and pay 136.62 per month they plan to increase this to 162.00. My
income has decreased by 142.00 per month. How can they do this. My sole income is benefits.

They shouldn't be able to do this unless some of your expenses have decreased to give you more disposable income --- ask them for their calculations so that you can challenge them.
